The journey, step by step
Spot it on the Feed
You browse your review queue — potluck, last chance, or encore. A product catches your eye: good reviews, solid estimated value, something you'd actually use.
Wait for Delivery
You place the order and the product ships to you. Delivery time varies — usually a few days to two weeks depending on what it is.
Capture It with the Review Scanner
The box lands — grab your phone. Open the Review Scanner, match the item (scan its barcode or read the label with the camera), snap a few photos, tap a star rating, and jot down what stood out while it's fresh. That raw material makes the actual review ten times easier to write.
Use It & Write Your Review
You actually use the product — that's the deal. Once you have enough experience with it, you write an honest, detailed review. This is the requirement that unlocks everything else.
Decide: Keep, Destroy, or Sell
After reviewing, you make a decision — only one applies. Keep it for yourself, mark it as destroyed (damaged or discarded), or flag it to sell. Only items marked Sell advance to the sell pipeline.
Store It with the Inventory Scanner
Items marked Sell go into labeled bins so they survive the hold findable. Scan the bin's QR label, scan the item's label, match it to the order, add weight, size, and a photo — done in under a minute per item.
The 6-Month Hold
The program terms require a 6-month hold period after you receive the product before you're permitted to sell it. This is the longest part of the journey — and it's non-negotiable.
List It on eBay
Your hold period ends. Time to list. Paste the product page into Yarkii and your eBay listing is pre-filled: title, images, description, condition, and a suggested price based on what similar items sold for.
It Sells
A buyer finds your listing and purchases. eBay handles payment. You ship. Money lands in your account. A free review product just became real income.

What is Yarkii?

A Yarkii account and the Chrome extension are free. Free accounts can capture 3 items a day with the Review Scanner and 3 with the Inventory Scanner. How does Yarkii get my order data?
Only through the extension, from the pages you open yourself in Chrome. The Yarkii website never signs in to your shopping account or fetches its pages on its own.
Do I need to install an app on my phone?
No. The Review Scanner, Inventory Scanner and Item Scanner run in your phone's web browser and use its camera to read barcodes and labels.
Does Yarkii list items on eBay for me?
Only when you ask it to. With Gold you connect your eBay seller account through eBay's official sign-in, check the pre-filled listing and publish it. You stay responsible for your listings, for eBay's fees, and for following your review program's rules, such as finishing your review and waiting out the hold before you sell.
How do I get started?
Sign in with Google, install the free Yarkii extension from the Chrome Web Store, and browse your orders and reviews as usual. Yarkii fills itself in as you go. It takes about two minutes. Get started.
