Terms of Service

Your data is yours, permanently. If Amazon removes or hides an order from their platform, Yarkii retains your captured order data indefinitely. We never automatically delete records you have synced — your history stays intact regardless of what happens on Amazon's end.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yarkii ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yarkii is a tool that helps Amazon Vine reviewers track free product orders and manage potential eBay listings. It consists of a web dashboard and a Chrome browser extension that reads order data from your Amazon account pages while you are logged in.

3. Data Ownership and Retention

All order data synced through the Yarkii Chrome extension belongs to you. We store it in your private account database secured with row-level security.

If Amazon removes, hides, or otherwise deletes an order from their platform, your corresponding Yarkii record is not affected. Your synced data persists in Yarkii until you manually delete it or close your account. This ensures you retain a complete history of your Vine orders even if Amazon's records change.

You may delete individual orders at any time using the Remove button in your dashboard. You may delete your entire account and all associated data from the Settings page.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Yarkii only for:

Tracking your own Amazon Vine review orders
Managing your own potential eBay listings
Personal record-keeping of products you have reviewed

You may not use Yarkii to access or collect data from accounts you do not own, or in any way that violates Amazon's or eBay's terms of service.

5. Amazon Vine Program

Yarkii is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or the Amazon Vine programme. Amazon and Amazon Vine are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Use of those names here is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the platform our tool works with.

Use of Yarkii is entirely at your own discretion. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Yarkii complies with the Amazon Vine reviewer agreement and any applicable Amazon policies.

6. Chrome Extension

The Yarkii Chrome extension is the primary mechanism by which your Amazon data enters the Yarkii system. It operates exclusively within your browser and activates only on the Amazon pages you visit. It never makes requests to Amazon servers independently — all data is collected from the page you are already viewing while logged in to your own Amazon account.

The extension performs the following actions on your behalf:

Order sync — reads your Amazon order history pages to capture order IDs, ASINs, product titles, delivery status, arriving dates, and Vine Estimated Tax Values (ETVs). This data is written to your private Yarkii account.
Vine feed sync — reads the Amazon Vine browse pages (potluck, last chance, encore) to log available products to a shared community feed visible to all Yarkii users. Only public product listing data is captured — no personal account information.
Review sync — reads your Vine reviews pages to track which items are awaiting review and which have been reviewed, updating your dashboard accordingly.
Product page sync — when you visit an Amazon product page, the extension captures enriched product data (brand, star rating, review count, dimensions, feature bullets) and price, storing it in the shared product catalog to improve listing quality for all users.
Delivery tracking — reads order detail pages to capture updated shipping and delivery status for orders in your dashboard.

The extension does not read, store, or transmit any payment information, passwords, private messages, or data from any pages outside of Amazon. It communicates exclusively with Yarkii's own servers (yarkii.com) and does not share data with any third party. A background service worker runs to facilitate data sync and check for extension updates, but does not access any web pages autonomously.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yarkii is not responsible for any decisions you make based on data displayed in the dashboard, including decisions about listing products on eBay.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
