How Yarkii works

Create your account
Sign in with Google — it takes ten seconds. Everything you sync is tied to your account from the very first page.

Install the Chrome extension
Once you're signed in, add the free Yarkii extension from the Chrome Web Store. It syncs your orders, deliveries, and reviews automatically as you browse — no manual entry, no copy-pasting.

Track every order automatically
As your products arrive, Yarkii logs delivery status, estimated tax value, review status, and your 6-month sell eligibility date — all synced from the pages you already visit.

Decide what to do with each item
After reviewing, mark each product: Keep, Destroy, or Sell. Items flagged for selling appear in your Sell tab when they hit the 6-month hold window.

Connect your eBay account (Gold)
Yarkii Gold links to your eBay seller account via eBay's official OAuth. Once connected, your listings are pre-filled from synced product data and published with one click.

List and track your sales
Hit 'List on eBay' and your item goes live. Yarkii saves each listing to your dashboard with a direct link, and marks it sold when you confirm the sale.
What Gold unlocks
- Unlimited scanning — no daily cap on the Review Scanner or the Inventory Scanner. Free accounts get 3 items per day on each.
- Assistant accounts — invite helpers with their own sign-ins who scan, photograph, and prep reviews under your account. Free accounts can't add assistants.
- Advanced themes — LCARS and console-inspired looks across the site, scanners and overlay, with ambient animations and scanner sounds. Free accounts keep the basic color themes.
- eBay listing sync — publish listings directly to eBay with pre-filled titles, images, descriptions, and pricing from your synced data.
- Sell pipeline — track items through Not Listed → Listed → Sold with a full audit trail on your dashboard.
- Unlimited order history — search, filter, and export your full order and review history without limits.
What you'll need
- A Yarkii account — free, Google sign-in. Create it first; the extension ties everything to it.
- The Yarkii Chrome extension — free to install once you're signed in. This is what syncs your data automatically.
- A reviewer membership — Yarkii is built for product reviewers.
- An eBay seller account (for listing) — free to create at ebay.com. Required only if you want to publish listings through Yarkii Gold.
- A completed review — the program terms require your review to be submitted before selling. Yarkii tracks this status for you.

By subscribing to Yarkii Gold you agree to the following terms:
- Yarkii is a listing tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and compliance with eBay's seller policies.
- You are responsible for ensuring that items listed comply with your review programme's terms, including completing your review prior to sale.
- Yarkii does not guarantee the sale of any item. Listing fees or final value fees charged by eBay are your responsibility.
- Your eBay OAuth token is stored securely and encrypted. We access eBay only on your behalf and only when you initiate a listing.
- Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are found to be in violation of marketplace policies.
Privacy & data
We collect and store the minimum data necessary to operate the service:
- Your email address (used for account login only)
- Your eBay OAuth access and refresh tokens (stored securely, never shared)
- Your listing history (title, ASIN, price, eBay item ID)
- Your default preferences (markup, shipping, category)
We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
