The sync now checks what the cancelled listing actually became and updates the order to match — back in the sell queue, back to listed, or following it to wherever it got relisted — within the same hourly check instead of waiting for the once-a-day one.

  • FixedFixed a bug where signing in with a Google account could succeed completely — your session was saved and everything — but the sign-in screen still showed a "sign-in service isn't responding" error, because the final step of that handshake was slow enough to time out on its own. That step is now handled internally instead of round-tripping out to the public internet and back, so it finishes comfortably in time and a successful sign-in actually looks like one.
  • ImprovedThe home page now actually says what Yarkii is — a Chrome extension and web app, not just a tagline — with a plain-language rundown of what it does today and a visible FAQ covering pricing (free, or Gold at $20/month) and the questions a newcomer would actually ask.   • NewThe Lister can now publish a listing for you automatically — a new toggle on its page lists an item on its own the moment everything has settled: category chosen, required details filled in, price checked, every photo sized. It only ever acts once per visit and only on an item's first listing, and your choice takes effect the next time you open the page.
  • FixedFixed a bug where the Lister (or its auto-pick) could choose a shoe or clothing category for a product that was never a shoe or clothing item at all, filling its required size with a meaningless "Does Not Apply" answer that got the listing taken down by the outside marketplace. The Lister now notices when a suggested category needs a size nothing about the item actually supplies and moves on to its next suggestion instead, and a size field is never filled in with a non-answer.
  • FixedFixed a bug where a listing the outside marketplace had taken down could get stuck unable to be listed again — republishing kept failing with the same unhelpful error no matter what was fixed on the form, because it kept trying to reuse the exact identifier of the listing that had already been removed. Republishing now starts that listing fresh under a new one automatically, so a corrected listing can actually go live again.

  • NewPut a batch of listings on sale right from the Listed tab: pick a filter — Imported, a search, anything that narrows the list — set a percent off and how many days it runs, and every listing it shows goes on sale together, struck through for buyers, ending on its own. Your actual listing prices are never touched. Rows on sale show the discount, what a buyer actually pays, and when the sale ends (or starts, if it's scheduled but hasn't begun yet) right under the price.
  • NewThe Listed tab gained two more filters, Large items and Bin items, so you can narrow the list down to exactly where something is physically stored — the same way Imported and All already work.
  • FixedThe price the Lister suggests when you start listing something no longer falls back to a flat $0. It now starts from what the order actually cost, then your own price history's lowest point for that exact product (or a close variation when this one has none yet), and only checks outside listings as a last resort.

  • FixedFixed the Lister getting a listing rejected over a required detail — most often Color — that the outside marketplace's own published rules for the category never said was needed. The product's own color is now sent along automatically whenever we have it on file, even in categories that don't list Color as required, so the rejection doesn't happen in the first place.
  • FixedFixed the Lister leaving you stuck on a rejected listing when the outside marketplace demanded a detail it never said was required ahead of time. The exact field now gets added to the form right there — filled in from the product's own details when we already have an answer it will accept — instead of a dead-end error with no way to fix it and publish.
  • NewThe Lister's listing page now links straight back to the order it came from, so you can get back to it without hunting through your order list.
  • FixedFixed a bug where a listing the outside marketplace took down for breaking one of its own policies could stay stuck instead of being recognized as gone. An order whose listing is pulled this way, with nothing sold, now goes back into the sell queue on its own instead of needing to be found and fixed by hand.

  • FixedFixed a bug where a scanned package weight just under our shipping-rate cutoff — a third of an ounce, say — blocked publishing a listing outright with a vague "measurements look wrong" error, even though it ships at the exact same rate as the cutoff itself. A weight that low is now rounded up to the cutoff automatically instead of making you retype it by hand; a weight that's genuinely missing is still left for you to fill in.
  • NewThe Review Scanner's item picker now shows plainly whether each item has actually arrived — a green "Received" with the date, or a red "Not yet received" with the estimated window — both while browsing your awaiting list and while searching, so you're not guessing which items are even worth trying to review yet.
  • FixedFixed a bug where an order that had already been reviewed, put away, or listed for sale could still show as "not yet received" in the Review Scanner, because the order was old enough that a delivery date had never been recorded for it. Any order with reviewed, stored, sold, kept, or listed activity on it now counts as received, and roughly 1,100 existing orders were corrected the same way.
  • FixedCleaned up product titles that were showing stray codes like ' and " instead of the actual apostrophes and quotation marks they stood for — fixed both for titles saved from now on and for ones already saved this way.

  • FixedFixed a bug that could sign you out and revoke your whole session within a minute of it renewing itself, on both the site and the extension — a mismatched timing setting behind the scenes was treating an ordinary session refresh as suspicious and shutting the session down instead of letting it continue.
  • FixedFixed a bug where a listing the outside marketplace had taken down over a rights-holder complaint could get republished as if nothing had happened. A listing like that now stays retired for good, the order it came from moves to Keep instead of back into the sell queue, and it's added to Item Grabber so it can be pulled from wherever it's stored. The listing page shows this plainly as the reason publishing is blocked, instead of a confusing error.
  • FixedFixed a bug where a sale that got cancelled and picked up again by the outside marketplace under a new listing still showed here as sold to a buyer who no longer existed — the order stayed stuck on Completed and the item sat waiting on Item Grabber for nothing. A relisted item is now followed automatically: the order goes back into the sell queue and drops off Item Grabber by itself.
  • NewThe Lister's auto-pick can now publish a listing itself the moment everything required is filled in, instead of leaving you to press the publish button afterwards. It still stands down and leaves it to you whenever anything's missing, blocked, or already live.
  • FixedFixed the Lister blocking a listing over a Model field it couldn't figure out on its own — it now fills in a sensible guess from the item's own catalog details or title instead of leaving you stuck typing one in by hand.

  • FixedFixed a bug where the Lister could offer, or automatically fill in, a size that looks right in our own catalog but isn't one the outside marketplace will actually accept for that item — publishing then failed with a rejection that blamed the wrong thing. The sizes shown (and any picked automatically) now match what's actually valid for the category and whatever else you've already chosen, so changing one no longer leaves a stale, unpublishable pair sitting there looking answered. When nothing can be filled in automatically, the message now names the exact field to check instead of a generic complaint.
  • FixedFixed a bug in the price-lowering sweep where restarting the site partway through a run could report a batch of listings as failed even though nothing was actually wrong with them — they simply couldn't be reached for a second or two while the site came back up. Failures can now be safely retried on their own without any listing losing a second discount, and a listing whose price already moved before the retry is left alone rather than dropped twice.

  • FixedFixed a bug that could show a broken-image icon in place of a real photo — both on the site itself and, worse, on listings you'd already published to the outside marketplace, where your own item's picture could show up broken right next to the catalog photos sitting beside it that still loaded fine. A behind-the-scenes address change had left new page views and new listings pointing at a photo location nothing outside our own servers could actually reach. Listings already affected by this were found and repaired automatically — same photos, same order, nothing removed — so nothing needed relisting.

  • FixedFixed a bug that could leave you looking signed out right after a successful sign-in — signing in worked and your session was saved, but the site sometimes failed to recognize it and kept showing the signed-out view until you tried again.
  • FixedFixed a bug where finishing sign-in with Google could land you on a blank, unreachable page instead of back on Yarkii — sign-in itself had gone through and your session was saved, which made it look like a failure when it wasn't.
  • FixedFixed a reliability bug in the automatic check for new sales on the outside marketplace: when the check couldn't reach your connected account, it was quietly logging the run as "no sales found" instead of reporting the problem — so a real sale could have gone undetected, with no email and nothing showing on your Sold tab. A failed check is now reported as a failure instead of looking like an ordinary quiet day.

  • FixedFixed a bug where the Lister could publish a listing in a category that needs extra details — like size — without ever asking for them, because it had already decided (wrongly) that the category needed nothing extra. The Lister now asks for everything the category actually requires before you publish, and if the outside marketplace rejects a listing anyway, it names the exact missing field instead of showing a confusing raw error.
  • FixedFixed a bug where publishing a listing could occasionally fail with a bare, unexplained error, caused by the connection to the outside marketplace hanging instead of failing quickly. Publishing now gives up cleanly if a step takes too long, and if something goes wrong partway through, it tells you plainly to check whether the listing actually went live before trying again, instead of leaving you to guess.

  • NewA new panel under order pricing insights, Price Match Lowest Recorded, compares each live listing to the lowest price your own price history has ever recorded for that product — not what anyone else is asking, not what you paid for it. See how far off you are, decline a suggestion that doesn't make sense (with a note why), search and page through longer lists, and set one listing or all of them to match in a click. A listing that would actually go UP to match its own lowest recorded price is shown plainly rather than hidden.
  • FixedThe pricing comparison panel now opens straight to results you already have instead of waiting until you expand it, and switching between Listed here / Imported / All no longer blanks it out — each view keeps what it already found rather than needing a fresh outside check just to see it again. If loading it does fail for any reason, it now says so plainly instead of quietly looking like an account that's never been checked.
  • FixedBook listings whose condition the marketplace won't accept as "Open box" or "New with defects" — its book category doesn't offer either — now republish automatically as "Like New" instead of failing outright, and it's logged on the order so it's never a silent swap. Any other rejected condition now tells you exactly which conditions that category does accept, instead of a raw, unreadable error.
  • FixedFixed a bug where changing the price on a listing that had sold and then been relisted after a cancelled order could fail with a confusing error — Yarkii now recognizes when the marketplace has replaced a listing and updates its own records to match, so the price change (and the automatic price-lowering sweep) goes through instead of getting stuck.
  • NewItem Grabber can now also ask for something back: if the wrong unit ends up listed for sale, a button on the order page pulls the listing and adds it to the Item Grabber list, so whoever finds it can bring it back to be stored correctly — it sits right alongside Keep / Mark to sell / Destroy, and counts toward the same "items to fetch" total as things that have actually sold.
  • NewThe Lister can now start from a product page too: scan the QR code shown there and it identifies the item from our own catalog data, including products that don't have a barcode on file at all — which used to make them impossible to list this way. When an item genuinely has no barcode, the Lister now says so plainly instead of implying a scan went wrong.
  • ImprovedThe item title in both pricing panels now opens the item's actual live listing, and the lowest-recorded panel gained a search box and pages so a long list of listings isn't one giant scroll.

  • ImprovedThe Status column in Awaiting Review shows your actual star rating instead of a pill that just repeated the tab you were already on, and you can now set or clear a rating right from the table — five tappable stars, keyboard-operable, with a clear "not saved" message if a change doesn't go through.
  • FixedA star rating chosen while writing a review wasn't always saved to the item itself, so an already-rated item could still show up as unrated everywhere else. Ratings now save correctly, and about 125 items whose rating had gone missing this way were recovered.
  • ImprovedYour profile's value chart no longer counts an item whose value hasn't been read yet as worth nothing — days with unpriced items now show a "+" next to the total and say how many items are still unpriced, instead of quietly understating what you brought in.
  • FixedFixed a bug that could get a listing rejected by the outside marketplace over its package weight and size not being rounded up correctly — dimensions and weight are now always rounded up to a whole unit before being sent, never down.

  • FixedShipping label costs on Completed → Sold now actually load for sales made through the outside marketplace — a wrong address behind the scenes had been quietly blocking every lookup since the feature shipped, so Net always carried its "not read yet" caveat. When a label cost genuinely can't be read, the sync now says so plainly instead of leaving you guessing.

  • FixedThe Net figure on Completed → Sold now actually subtracts what you paid for the shipping label, instead of showing the number from before postage — a new Shipping column shows the cost, and Net carries a small asterisk on any sale where the label cost hasn't been read yet.

  • ImprovedThe Lister's Condition step now stands on its own right after the barcode box, and opens itself automatically until you pick one — it used to sit collapsed among the fields the lookup fills in for you, which made it easy to miss the one thing on that page only you can actually answer.

  • NewA new fourth scanner — the Lister — lets you list stock you never bought through Yarkii: items with no order behind them at all. Scan the barcode and it looks up the product from two sources, shows you what other sellers are calling it, and fills in everything it can; you add the photos and condition, confirm price and shipping, and publish. Your progress is saved as you go, so a closed tab or a phone reclaiming the page mid-scan won't lose your photos. (Gold; even assistants don't get this one by default, since publishing spends your money.)
  • NewItem Grabber: once something sells on the outside marketplace, this new scanner shows exactly what to go get — the item's own photo, the bin to walk to, and the label to look for there. Scanning it is what confirms you fetched it, and for assistants, what pays them for making the trip.
  • NewSold items now show a Shipped date, plus a clickable tracking link once one's available, pulled straight from the marketplace on the same refresh that checks for sales.
  • FixedFixed a bug where the quantity you set on a listing never actually reached the outside marketplace — it always published as a single unit no matter what you entered. Quantity now only shows up for fixed-price listings, since an auction is always a single lot, and lowering a multi-unit listing's price can no longer accidentally reset its stock back down to one.
  • FixedThe price-suggestion tool no longer fills in a price from listings that merely look similar to yours — only from listings the marketplace has matched to your exact barcode. Look-alike listings are still shown for reference and clearly marked, since they can be wildly off (a genuine $89.99 item was once suggesting about $12).
  • FixedFixed the Retail column on the pricing insights panel, which was showing "—" for nearly every listing instead of what the item is actually worth new.
  • FixedFixed a bug in the price-repricing sweep that could quietly undo a listing you'd deliberately switched to ship U.S.-only, moving it back to worldwide shipping on the very next run.
  • FixedThe negotiated-offer settings — the price you'll auto-accept and the one you'll auto-decline — can now be set equal, for a firm take-it-or-leave-it cutoff. The listing forms used to wrongly reject that as invalid, and in one case could silently publish without those settings applied at all.

A check never changes a price by itself — you always choose to apply it, and reopening later shows your last check and how the price has moved since.
  • NewThe Sold tab under Completed now shows what each item actually sold for, the marketplace's fee, and your net — plus running totals for gross, fees and net across everything sold — refreshed straight from the marketplace with one button.
  • NewYou'll now get an email the moment something sells: what sold, for how much, and where it's stored, so you can find and ship it without opening the site first.

  • NewImage Checker (Gold): work through your photo library in batches of 20, oldest first — straighten or crop a photo right in the grid, mark the batch reviewed, and move to the next. Find it under Account → Subscription.
  • ImprovedThe order timeline no longer shows contradictory information, like a review marked Approved sitting next to an item still labeled "Arriving." A step that must already have happened now shows as done, without inventing a date we don't actually have for it.
