You browse your review queue — potluck, last chance, or encore. A product catches your eye: good reviews, solid estimated value, something you'd actually use.

You place the order and the product ships to you. Delivery time varies — usually a few days to two weeks depending on what it is.

The box lands — grab your phone. Open the Review Scanner, match the item (scan its barcode or read the label with the camera), snap a few photos, tap a star rating, and jot down what stood out while it's fresh. That raw material makes the actual review ten times easier to write.

You actually use the product — that's the deal. Once you have enough experience with it, you write an honest, detailed review. This is the requirement that unlocks everything else.

After reviewing, you make a decision — only one applies. Keep it for yourself, mark it as destroyed (damaged or discarded), or flag it to sell. Only items marked Sell advance to the sell pipeline.

Items marked Sell go into labeled bins so they survive the hold findable. Scan the bin's QR label, scan the item's label, match it to the order, add weight, size, and a photo — done in under a minute per item.

The program terms require a 6-month hold period after you receive the product before you're permitted to sell it. This is the longest part of the journey — and it's non-negotiable.
