Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use Yarkii, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address, managed through Supabase Auth.
• Amazon order data — order IDs, product titles, ASINs, prices, images, and delivery dates captured by the Chrome extension while you browse your Amazon orders page.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Tag Manager is the container that decides which measurement tags run on the site; Google Analytics is the only one we have it load, and we do not use it to load advertising or third-party tracking tags. This data is aggregated, is never joined to your order data, and is not used for advertising. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes it.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate Yarkii:

• Displaying your order history in your dashboard
• Calculating arrival dates and listing readiness
• Keeping your records intact even if Amazon removes them

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Emails we send you

• A welcome email, once, when you create your account.
• A weekly recap, on Mondays, summarising what changed in your account that week: orders added, reviews submitted, items stored. It only goes out in a week when something happened, and never more than once a week.

To stop the weekly recap, use the Unsubscribelink at the bottom of any recap (it works in one click and does not need you to sign in), your email app's own Unsubscribe button, or the Weekly recap email switch in your account settings. Emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend, which receives only your address and the message.

3. Data Storage

Your order data is stored in a private, row-level-secured database hosted by Supabase. Only your account can read or modify your records. Data is stored in the United States.

4. Chrome Extension

The Yarkii Chrome extension reads Amazon order pages only while you are actively viewing them. It does not run in the background, does not track your browsing history, and does not send any data to servers other than your own Yarkii account. The extension stores a temporary cache of orders in your browser's local storage, which is cleared after each sync.

5. Data Retention

Your synced order records are retained indefinitely until you delete them or close your account. You can remove individual orders from your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, visit the Settings page.

6. Cookies

There are two kinds, and only one of them is your choice.

• Strictly necessary — a session cookie that keeps you logged in. There is nothing to decline here: without it the site cannot tell one signed-in person from another, so refusing it would mean refusing the service. It is not used to track you and carries no advertising purpose.
• Measurement — Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies that tell us how the site is used. These are set only if you accept them. Until you answer, and permanently if you refuse, Tag Manager still loads but is instructed to write no cookies and identify nobody. Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own. We do not use advertising cookies, and accepting measurement does not turn any on.

You can change your mind at any time, and it takes effect immediately rather than on your next visit:

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you (visible in your dashboard)
• Delete individual records at any time
• Delete your entire account and all data from Settings
• Request a copy of your data by emailing yarkiillc@gmail.com

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Yarkii after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
