1. What We Collect

When you use Yarkii, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address, managed through Supabase Auth.
• Amazon order data — order IDs, product titles, ASINs, prices, images, and delivery dates captured by the Chrome extension while you browse your Amazon orders page.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate Yarkii:

• Displaying your order history in your dashboard
• Calculating arrival dates and listing readiness
• Keeping your records intact even if Amazon removes them

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your order data is stored in a private, row-level-secured database hosted by Supabase. Only your account can read or modify your records. Data is stored in the United States.

4. Chrome Extension

The Yarkii Chrome extension reads Amazon order pages only while you are actively viewing them. It does not run in the background, does not track your browsing history, and does not send any data to servers other than your own Yarkii account. The extension stores a temporary cache of orders in your browser's local storage, which is cleared after each sync.

5. Data Retention

Your synced order records are retained indefinitely until you delete them or close your account. You can remove individual orders from your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, visit the Settings page.

6. Cookies

Yarkii uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you (visible in your dashboard)
• Delete individual records at any time
• Delete your entire account and all data from Settings
• Request a copy of your data by emailing support@yarkii.com

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Yarkii after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
